Medical Device Removing Excess Tissue in Digestive System in Individuals with Type 2 Diabetes on Insulin Therapy

This is a clinical research study opportunity for people with Type 2 Diabetes using long-acting insulin. In this study, we want to learn more about an innovative approach for improving diabetes outcomes using Fractyl Health's Revita System for removing excess tissue from the small intestine. This minimally invasive procedure is believed to improve blood sugar control and overall metabolic health by altering the body's hormonal response to food intake in a similar way to that achieved with bypass surgery.
